PastelPup.com is a creation by Ria Hills, a Massachusetts based painter who excels in pastel. She paints just as beautifully with other mediums like acrylic and oil.
“I have more than 25 years experience as a professional fine artist including 8 years experience in print media as a graphic artist. I work in a variety of mediums, ranging from pastels to digital art with my main focus being pastel painting.”
